Who is responsible
Your AI Employee is published by Doorways Into Your Business, in Kingsville, Ontario. I'm Paul Hughes, and I'm the person responsible for your information.
What the question form collects
Your name, your email address, the kind of business if you tell me, and your question. The form also sends the page you used it on and the time you sent it. I use your email address only to answer your question.
Where it goes
The form sends its details to a mailbox I read, through SMTP2GO, an email delivery service. The mailbox is on Google Workspace and the site is hosted by Cloudflare. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. It loads on the pages that have a form, because the form needs it to work.
I do not sell your information, and I do not hand it to anyone to market to you. This site has no mailing list, so nothing is added to one.
The demonstrations
If you call the demonstration line, an AI answers. Treat it as a public line and do not give it personal or confidential details. The chat demonstration, once it is switched on, is provided by SiteChat; it loads only after you interact with the page, and what you type into it goes to that service.
Cookies and analytics
Apart from the bot check above, nothing from a third party loads on this site until you accept it in a cookie notice. If analytics is switched on and you accept it, the site counts visits with Google Analytics. If you do not accept, no analytics runs.
Keeping and deleting
I keep your details for as long as I need them for the reason you gave them. Ask me to show you what I hold, to correct it or to delete it, and I will.
